What headphone/mic devices do you use?
I use my Razer BlackShark V3 X. Has the wireless USB-C dongle so no latency, mic works fine.

I checked the official Razer specifications and there actually seem to be some differences between the regular BlackShark V3 and the BlackShark V3 for Xbox.
