Recommendations for a blurring effect lipstick?
I think what you’ve described is basically the only type of lipstick I use, like a burred/velvet matte effect. My absolute favourite is the Pat McGrath matte trance lipsticks. Her MatteTrance lipsticks. Fullblooded is my HG dramatic lippie. I also liked her baked highlighter trio she used to have; but I think it got discontinued.

A smudge-proof/food proof/kiss proof/non-transferable lipstick that isn't a liquid lipstick
My top recommendations as someone who hates liquid lipstick and only uses Bullet or crayon lipsticks..All the lipsticks I have mentioned below are transferproof and stays through the day for me. Also i use the kay beauty matte lip liner in 'hype' as base to all my lipsticks no matter what the color
