My brother Really good hand grinders exist. I have a kingrinder k6 and it grinds perfectly for literally every type of coffee. You can get a great manual grinder and not break the bank. That being said, if you care about freshness, youre better off going with a manual grinder, a small digital scale

The beans and the grinder make all the difference in the world between good and shit espresso. I'd suggest a Kingrinder K6 and Bambino Plus as your starter set up.
