Return it if you can. The hori nolva reactor is not much better, its plasticky as well. It just feels like a kids toy.

Mayflash F700 Elite users, is it worth getting over other all button arcade/leverless controllers?
Unless you like the Noir leverless layout of the F700 Flat (elite) or prefer traditional 24mm microswitch buttons, I would probably suggest the Hori Nolva Reactor for $130. Help with first leverless
If you need native PS5 compatibility, the Hori Nolva Reactor is 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the Kitsune with slightly more features. Don't get the Kitsune unless it's 50% off or more, it's not worth the asking price in terms of what you get.

My copypasta: Right now I would say the most bang for you buck is either the Hori Nolva Reactor or the Quanba Sapphire. The Nolva is a bit cheaper but it has everything you need to play on PS5 or PC. It’s cool looking but what you see is what you get. The Quanba Sapphire is the Nolva with more knobs

Split-layout Leverless
Like many have suggested, Mavercade makes arguably the best split layouts. The more split like those the better. Trust me. I have slowly gotten more spacing for my splits and can't go back. So much better having ACTUAL space between. Other notable splits are the Dualpad Zen and the Hori NOLVA Reacto
