Is having a 3D audio headset worth it?
Steel series arctis nova 7x 2nd gen. I have it for PC, Xbox series x, PS5 pro and switch 2. Works flawlessly on all of them.

Question ab product
If you’re unsure about the HyperX, I’d honestly look at the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X instead (the Xbox version). It’s well-tested and known to work properly on Xbox, with clear sound, great directional audio, and really strong battery life. A lot of people stick with it for years without issues. f

Any of these worth it?
Unfortunately the Arctis Nova 7X. I picked up some replacement pads from Steel series, and while they aren't as comfortable as the Wicked Cups, they do "work" as intended

I just got the Nova Pro Omni. A short review from a console gamer (Xbox)
Nice review.. man I am so upset. My Nova 7x finally needed to be replaced about 2 months ago now and I just wanted to keep holding out because I wasn't satisfied with any other options. Nova Elite were too expensive, Astro A50 seemed iffy.. and Nova Pro were too old. I wish I knew the Omni was comin

Do you use a headset with audio controls? ie I have use SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X Wireless which has a dial that lets you choose how much gam audio or voice volume you hear. I had accidentally at times turned it down like I would the volume (which is in the other ear) and basically muted in game vo

Need recommendations on headsets for gaming. (Mainly for games like Marvel Rivals)
Steelseries Arctis Nova 7x or 5x check off all your boxes Lightweight, low clamp force so it's great for glasses, and airwave ear cushions that are breathable and don't heat up like pleather. SteelSeries also has the perfect sound profile for games like Marvel Rivals

Are there wireless headphones that connect to Xbox and PC and have similar comfort like HyperX III Cloud
There is kinda only one that will do this, and have wireless connection to PC and Xbox at the same time, the Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Omni. If you can live with moving the dongle each time you switch between Xbox and PC you can have a look at the Steelseries Arctis Nova 7X Gen 2. For the 7 series

Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2: "Reconnect Headset"; Support No Help
Hmmm. Ive read your post twice and something is off. Since you have this happening with two headsets, that means its not a SteelSeries issue as the odds of that are quite low. Its not the hardware. Does connecting and mic issue happen with a specific game? Always in game chat? Have you tried discord
