What brand is the 1tb ssd? Specific Affected SSDs: The problem primarily affects NVMe SSDs like the WD_BLACK SN770, WD_BLACK SN770M, WD Blue SN580, WD Blue SN5000, and SanDisk Extreme M.2, especially in the 2TB capacity. Also update the motherboards bios if available.

Consider a more modern motherboard, e.g., MSI Pro B850-S or Gigabyte B850 Eagle. The Chieftec Vega M would have slightly higher quality than the A850GL. Samsung drives tend to be overpriced. At the moment, the goodram IRDM Pro has a very good discount; otherwise, consider the SanDisk Extreme, WD Blu

The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the WD Blue SN5000, WD_Black SN7100, Lexar NM790, SanDisk Extreme, or Kioxia Exceria Pro. Otherwise, looks good.

sandisk replied as following / Thank you for contacting SanDisk Customer Service and Support. My name is Peter M. I understand that your drive is not seen when connect to your iOS device. In this case this appears to be the expected behavior given that the product is not compatible with for iOS use.

Are other brands that much better? The couple cards I have had break were replaced under warranty. I used to shoot a mix of SanDisk, Transcend, Kingston and maybe some other brands I don't remember. Never had problems. That was back when I was using point-and-shoot digital cameras though. When I got

It's more likely to be a SN770 than a SN580, unless you think it makes more sense for them to boost the performance of a SN580 before re-badging it. This could be a bit of a stretch but the existence of this model would allow them to keep making and selling the SN770 without cannibalizing the sales

My guess would be the classics. Samsung Pro Plus line or SanDisk Extreme/Extreme Pro. Had a 1TB SanDisk Ultra and big mistake, died to 2MB/s speeds within a year and a quarter. At least it was cheap back then.

Im getting 1750 read and 2500 write and its showing up as an wd sn580e Personally I dont think its capped by any kind of software its just a slightly under engineered model as the advertised speed is 1050 because of the ubc connection. Both the 1750 and 2500 are significantly faster than the the adv
