Big ultrawide monitor. I have this 48” (currently on sale) I got a few years ago and it’s amazing for work and for playing games (if that’s something you do on a computer). https://www.bestbuy.com/product/samsung-49-odyssey-oled-g9-g95sc-dqhd-240hz-0-03ms-g-sync-compatible-curved-smart-gaming-monito

I am enjoying the new setup a lot at night
Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 (G95SC), I'm actually going to be replacing it soon with the LG 45GX950A-B, it's a little too wide and takes up too much horizontal real estate IMO

Are there any prebuilt PCs or SFF PCs that I can build something small like the Steam Machine but use a powerful Nivida GPU like the 5090? Am I stupid for wanting this? The Steam Machine interests me but I want something with a no compromised approach
Nice!!! Get it with warranty just in case something happens , regarding tvs i am not sure but would suggest to check out oled monitors first , depending on the size you might like some like samsung odyssey g9 49 inch

Monitor upgrade to 49” ultra wide
samsung odyssey g9 49" wqhd 144hz curved oled g-sync freesync gaming monitor is the one I got on sale. I don’t need the newer ones or the smart features. I use it just for racing really and it’s been fantastic. I still use VR a fair bit but this has been a great purchase.

Mover triple screens ,I think i found the best sim display
I have the Samsung Odyssey G9 49” and I absolutely love it. I still think VR is the best sim racing experience, but having also had Triples I think the G9 is a better experience

I’m wanting to get a second monitor but I don’t really have room for it
Just get one superwide like this https://www.samsung.com/uk/monitors/gaming/odyssey-oled-g9-g95sc-49-inch-240hz-curved-dual-qhd-ls49cg954suxxu/ I have a desk similar to yours and the monitor goes in the middle, Overhangs the sides but it works. You can use it as one screen, 2 physically seperate plu

Full setup, searching for advice before I buy
Just noticed your link is pointing to the standard G9, wouldn't that be very different to the OLED G9?See link: https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/samsung/odyssey-oled-g9-g95sc-s49cg95 Don't have the 50% off on Alienware so that's not really an option to me.I could however try to lobby my way to

Got a new rig [9800X3D, RTX 5080, 32GB DDR5-6000] and thinking about Ultrawide, any recommendations/advice?
Just go with an OLED UW or SUW (Super). I'm using Samsung Odyssey G9 49" OLED and I'll never go back to plain 24-27" IPS or any other shitty monitor. It's a game changer and don't worry about fps drop, your rigg is powerful enough to produce a good experience.
