Which Ssd do I buy

I guess that price on the 1TB Samsung QVO isn't that bad for today's pricing. I paid $125 for the Samsung 870 EVO in 2021 and $62 for the same 1TB 870 EVO in 2023. The same Samsung 1TB 870 EVO is $400 on Amazon right now. I'd only buy storage from Amazon if it's shipped and sold by them. Lots of fra

Looking for a new SSD

Most companies have cheap the premium SSDs. For example the Crucial P series, Corsair Core, Western Digital Green, or Samsung QVO all use QLC NAND. These are lower quality and often have half or less the lifespan of an average SSD. For example the 1TB Crucial P1 has 200TBW which is 1/3 the wear resi

i know absolutely nothing about pc gaming and would like help

That’s fucking delusional a 6TB SSD is crazy at that point just buy a 4TB NVME for 300-400$ instead of 3000$ for a 7TB SSD. Before this AI craze yeah it was actually worth it to buy SSD over HDDs because they were the same price for better performance but now just buy the bulk storage the OP knows n

When installing Windows, the computer constantly reboots

Hi bro. I sort of solved the problem. The issue turned out to be the SSD: a Samsung 870 QVO 1TB. Do you know how to fix it or what could be causing it to reboot every 5 minutes?

What storage can i add to my PC?

For non critical data store you can purchase a 1 - 2TB SATA SSD. Depends on your needs, for example a 2TB Samsung 870 QVO could be a good option. Or, if you want a bit of extra speed, but still not breaking the bank, a 2TB Samsung 870 EVO SATA SSD. If you want to consider to add some backup storage,

[SSD] Klevv (SK-Hynix) CRAS C910 2TB SSD - Gen4x4 TLC DRAMLESS $92

Using TRIM and Garbage Collection interchangeably is a bit of a pet peeve of mine. Many people either think TRIM is garbage collection, or think that GC is a substitute for TRIM. TRIM is more like an additional interface (maybe not the best wording) between the host and the drive. Garbage collection
