A Framework 13 review from a long time Thinkpad user

I'll agree with your first statement. It's worth noting that I'm strictly reviewing the laptop from a consumer standpoint. Regardless of whether the choice was "right" or "wrong," the fact that the gap between the 890m and 860m is $430 is an issue. Generally, a $430 price differential is enough to g

Deciding on which year's model to invest in

How much money are you able to spend? 1a) Which country do you live in? US or outside? 2) Are you okay with used or only new laptops? 3) How important is battery life to you? Or are you okay lugging around a power adapter/USB C charger? 4) What kind of games do you play? Mostly E-sports or AAA gamin

She finally quit…

man that's a solid run - 8 years through deployments is wild. totally get being sad about it. if you want that same blade feel but newer, the Razer Blade 14 (2025) keeps the build quality but runs way cooler. or if you want something that'll survive travel like that again, the Lenovo Legion 7i has t

Razerblade 14 (2022) ryzen 9 and 3070ti deal

I’ve had 2 (RB 14 3060/16gb and a RB14 5070/32gb) and they’re both excellent. A used one in that price range feels about right in the current market. The only flaw I’ve had with my machines is battery life; it SUCKS! If you’re going to be running a second monitor, just run the laptop on a dock. The

So does anyone own a Blade that doesn’t have issues?

Two systems: Razer Stealth 13 (2020 model/i7-1065G7/GTX 16050TI/16) - bloated battery in '24. This laptop has been through a LOT! Still kicks ass! Razer Blade 14 (2525 model/HX365/RTX 5070/32) - aside from some sporadic software anomalies (nVidia's drivers past 577 / Win11 and it's updates) and weir

Razer blade 14 2025 issues

I just went through this with my 2025 RB14. To get pass the Bios just rebooting without updating, make sure Windows Hello and bit locker are disabled. Once that is done jump to the BIOS ( not through nvidia app or control panel) and set it manually to dgpu. Rerun the Bios update and during the reboo

why is there so much negative discourse around razer

Have Stealth 13 '20 (i7-1065G7/GTX 1650 Ti - got it back in 2020. Granted - had a battery issue, ended in bulging/replacement, but overall, still use it practically every day) and my home/travel work horse Blade 14 '25 (AI 9 365/RTX 5070) Absolutely adore both of these little machines and see me as

I'm having an issue with my Razer Blade 14 2025 with the RTX 5070. Whenever I attempt to switch to the dedicated GPU in the BIOS the screen goes blank when booting into windows. The keyboard lights continue to work however. When I revert back to the NVIDIA Dynamic GPU setting in the BIOS everything

Hello, after using Legion and Zephyrus laptops, I’ve moved to a Blade 14 (2025) and have been thrilled with it. The build quality is phenomenal, there’s remarkable attention to detail and overall it’s very well thought-out and optimized. I also appreciate Synapse’s logical approach of extending buil

Laptop recommendation for University (For gaming + study + class) (Country - UK) (Budget - ~£1500/~$2000 give or take)

I’ve had a good experience with Razer blade 14’ 2025. Battery lasts 4+ hours if not gaming or working on intensive tasks. If you could turn off the Nvidia GPU and force it to use integrated graphics, it lasts longer.
