LOL I have the Q2 and the new Max4, zero issues. if do you have friends with issues like that, tell him I buy their Qidi printers. I need more Qidi printers, if they aren't happy. let me know, we make a deal.

What you should know: Qidi support is excellent at helping you fix problems yourself and shipping parts to you, but they are extremely, extremely, extremely reluctant to accept returns. Looking to move to a Q2 from Bambu Lab printer, anything I should know before switching?

What I want does not exist. Prove me wrong!
Qidi did take responsibility. They made a software patch while they figured out how they should do a real fix. They stopped production, then sent out replacement SRRs and shipped fixed units after that. Idk what they did for the reviewer but I know that they spent a bunch of time and money getting t

QIDI Q2 Firmware: Current Status of the 01.01.02.XX Firmware Series
Do not update. Those 2 additional firmware updates do fix specific bugs that were introduced by the first new firmware update, but do not fix some fundamental problems with the new firmware. It's a sloppy port of the max4 firmware done for app compatibility and easier software maintenance on qidi's
