Including the monitor that build is €2305.50, which for the components / spec is a terrible deal, also you don't really need to be paying for Windows, the installation media is free, and you can activate it for free if you know where to look (not hard to find out and I'd bet this is what that store

is this a good build?
So for 1080p 240 fps you actually don't need to spend nearly this much. With your budget, either spend less, or get a better monitor. For $2000 you can get a 9800x3d + 9070xt pre-build:https://www.newegg.com/asus-gaming-desktop-pc-amd-radeon-rx-9070-xt-amd-ryzen-7-9800x3d-32gb-ddr5-1tb-nvme-ssd-gm70

Any help for getting for first pc
in the current market in the US is that it's honestly fine to buy a pre-build, you're not spending much more than going DIY. also 'ppi' isn't really used when talking about monitors very commonly, i think what you want is a 1440p monitor for this budget, which will be the best balance of resolution
