Does SOCD for Keyboards work on CachyOS
I have the same issue, MCHOSE Mix 87 E-Sports Version. Seems like a firmware bug with all MCHOSE models, we need to do some more investigation with other keyboard manufacturers to see if this is a more widespread issue.

possible scam?
It's fine. It works and it does all the HE board things. It doesn't sound or feel as nice as the similarly priced aula Win68he max and has one less key but the fact that the cursor keys are that little more separated is oddly nice. Another 10 usd or so could you get you up to a Mchose ACE68 which te

Mechanical or Hall Effect?
At the low cost end, you have good options in both. But if not for gaming, prefer mechanical. For low cost decent mechanical the Aula F75 can be had for like $50. I recently got an Mchose Mix 87 (he) for around 60 and I was surprised at how good the build quality is. I think it comes less down to th

Is this keyboard and company good guys? Im planning to buy a budget hall effect keyboard
I've got the plain white one, The only issue I had was a software bug that if on 8khz, sometimes my movement keys (WASD) would stop working until the next input, but ever since it's on 1khz, it's fine, same for other people with the keyboard, but other than that, the keyboard is good. I'm just gonna

Good gaming keyboards
Literally looking into this at the moment. What Keyboard size do you want (%), budget, location, how serious of a gaming do you do? My current options are YUNZII RT80 and MCHOSE Mix 87 (the one I decided on to get). Both are Hall Effect Keyboard that are reasonably priced with reasonable build quali

Looking to change my keyboard
The NZXT function 2 series boards are optical keyboards rather than Hall Effect so while light and fast they only have 2 selectable actuation points rather than all the adjustability and fancy activation stuff you get with magnetic keyboards. Great well built boards and an absolute steal at thier cu

First gaming keyboard recs?
176 USD + shipping will get a bundle of a VGN x Landscape Flash 75 he and a VGN dragonfly v3 pro max mouse from the VGN labs website. It's about as "fast" of a HE keyboard as you can get and a generally well reviewed mouse. That's if you want to go down the HE route which is totally not nessicary (i

measurable difference Measurable doesnt mean, noticable. Measurable, doesn't mean statistically significant. Measurable doesnt mean drastically improved or overall better. If you'd actually have a 8K mouse you'd know. I have a few actually. Being an ex esport player, and have done a few blind and ex

Is Pulsar PCMK 2 HE TKL the best keyboard for 140 euros?
I’ve seen some positive reviews from German and Japanese tech reviewers, one put it in their god tier list. I will probably try it out myself soon. Mchose mix 87 I found to be effective and functional for the responsive wasd movement but i could not stand how obnoxiously loud it was, especially with
