Hi everyone,

I've had a Logitech G435 headset for a couple of years now, and while I do generally like using it, it can be incredibly frustrating to troubleshoot and fix when issues randomly occur.

I'm going crazy with an audio problem that started right after I bought my new ViewSonic VX2728J-2K monitor (2K at 180Hz). The sound on my Logitech G435 Lightspeed wireless headset is constantly stuttering or slowing down, but only when I'm watching videos or running the monitor at the high refresh

I've purchased Logitech G435 headphones and it has been 11 months since the purchase, I have already replaced the headphones thrice because they stop connecting to light speed mode (dongle) and yet again they have stopped working today. I'm so pissed with what a joke these headphones are. Every time

I was having the same problem as a bunch of people here with the G435 not connecting in windows via lightspeed.
The only fix I've found to make it work was updating the USB Input Device that had an "warn" icon inside device manager. If you have one just click it with right button and search for dr

I recently got my hands on the G435 wireless headset from Logitech. As a gamer, I was excited to try out this lightweight option that promises both LIGHTSPEED wireless and Bluetooth connectivity.

This headset doesn't have 1 week since I bou

Hello,

Hi, so I have tried everything I can think of and that I could find on the website or the user manual to get my light speed to work again. Yesterday everything work fine. I did a normal shutdown. No new updates. Today my PC just doesn't pick up the device at all. I tried other ports. My G29 wheel wo

I recently connect them to my phone and everything worked fine. But now that I’m trying to connect them back to my ps5 no sound is coming out.

Sound still works fine when I connect back to my phone, and the PS5 is saying the output device is the G435 but no sound is coming out.
