Lemokey or Monsgeek?
I answered a similar question yesterday so I'll just paste that response here. So far as MAC functionality goes, the M1 has a switch under the CAPS lock key for 2.4g/ MAC mode. Is there a good wireless magnetic keyboard? Lost after research
I got the Lemokey P1 HE and love it. Annoying that I have to hardwire it use the software, but that's my only gripe.

Is it possible to find a “good” magnetic keyboard with a knob?
I own as my daily the Monsgeek M1 V5 TMR and think it's great. The online driver is also easy to use for my settings. I can recommend the keyboard if you want to have the latest technology such as TMR installed. Can't say whether it's worth it, but I thought it was great that you can use HE and norm

Accidentally bought the noisiest keyboard on the planet
