Anyone using KEF Q7 Meta for music and movies? Need real owner opinions

I use the Q7 meta in my living room for music and movies (4.1 surround sound): In the showroom they sounded nice and full, better than the q concerto meta. At home they sound full and overall are fantastic for my use. IMO yes, I like watching movies in stereo. My wife prefers full surround sound but

Why aren’t studio monitors more prominent if they’re more accurate?

I’ve owned two pairs of relatively inexpensive studio monitors fed through a miniDSP I used in my home office. Some of the most accurate sounding speakers I’ve owned that play a wide range of frequencies. 8” drivers in porter cabinets was my second setup. The first pair is actually what drove me as

Upgrade fronts from Q350 to Q Concerto Metas?

The Q Concertos are probably the best bang for buck KEFs out there.

Income & high-end system

If you aren't loving the KEF Q metas in your current space, I would not recommend you spending significantly more for a new setup. Outspending an unknown problem is not a good solution. Try to look at it a different way. Spending to upgrade something you dont love, will never give as much satisfacti

Passive bookshelf speaker recommendations?

Well, since your Sony only has bass and treble controls for sound shaping, you should look at speakers with a pretty consistent in-room response out of the box. What came to mind right away are the KEF Q Concerto Metas. While they retail for $1400, there are a pair of factory-recertified units that

Should I keep my B&W 607 S3 or switch to KEF (Q1, Q3, or Concerto)?

Being an employee could you take the floor models home, one pair at a time at store closing, and return prior to opening? That is a real good price for the Q Concerto Meta. On another level, what would the KEF R3 cost you?

Getting back into Hi-Fi after a long break! Pure music setup advice ($3K budget, small 10x10 room, US)

You can get three in one with a wiim amp ultra, much cleaner setup, solid dac & amp and a fantastic app to run everything. For speakers i would check out kef q concerto meta. Svs sb-1000 pro is a solid sub, if your budget allows check out the micro 3000 revolution for deeper extension.

WiiM Help (Ultra or Amp Ultra)

I have a WiiM Amp Ultra paired with KEF Q Concerto Meta speakers and a subwoofer. They sound great at moderate listening levels I usually listen at around 40% volume. However, once I push the volume past 50%, the sound starts to become thin and compressed. I kind of wish I had bought the Ultra and F

A Compilation of 50+ Blind Tests Reveal the Only Gear Upgrade That Actually Matters

Yeah that’s the way to go. My main system is Wiim Amp + KEF Q Concerto Meta and I can just press play as well. IMO no point getting high end equipment if the gets in the way of me enjoying music. Rather have a simple to use hi-fi system.
