Genuinely, are you trying to ragebait? Lol. If on the off chance you're not, I'll list each individual arcade stick listed in BrinoMatthew's link and show how you can open up the controller so that you have all the knowledge you need on which stick to purchase. Top Shelf: Victrix PRO FS Arcade stick

In my honest opinion, don’t build your first one if you’re on a budget. It usually ends up costing more once you add a case, PCB, buttons, lever, wiring, shipping, tools, etc. For PS5 + Tekken/SF6 I’d start with: Budget: Mayflash F500 + MagicBoots/Brook adapter if needed Better ready-to-go: Hori Fig

Diamond 1 on pad is already solid, so I wouldn’t assume you’re losing just because other people are on stick. A fight stick can be more fun and make motions feel more natural for some people, but there’s still a learning curve. For PS5 beginner options I’d mainly look at Qanba Drone 2 or Hori Fighti

There's a good selection for current gen but you gotta remember that retail/officially licensed peripherals are usually one console (and backwards compatible) + PC in terms of compatibility. Because of the growing trend of leverless/all button styled controllers, it's pretty split to even selection

For what your asking there are a few choices Budget option The Qanba Titan: little bigger then the drone and it's comes with Sanwa parts you can usually find it on sale for $149 USD. Mayflash F700: Heavier then the Drone 2 but not as wide and you can customize it with custom art. Can usually be foun

If you are very specific about how your lever feels to the point where you would probably want to swap it out, don't get the FlexStrike. From what I can find, the FlexStrike will more or less feel like a standard arcade stick with mechanical switches instead of traditional microswitches though from

The Hori HPC-064 RAP.V for PC. Quality, inexpensive in the Japanese market, and you'll have it in a colorway very few have in North America. Hori Fighting Stick Alpha silent is a good choice not available in the North American market.

Based off Amazon's prices: Obsidian 2 ($200): Classic case of "Bigger is Better", if you're looking for a wide arcade stick similar to the Hori Fighting Edge, it's a great choice though it has the typical Qanba addon problem where some of the modern amenities have to be purchased on the side like a

What do you game on PS1, NES, Commodore 64? Compatibility is something to consider when making recommendations. Edit: If gaming on PC, look at the fightbox offerings. Hori Fighting Stick alpha is my recommendation for PS5.
