What color is your one bag?

I have few backpacks I use for travel: old, olive green Farpoint 40, slate green Fjällräven Skule 20 and steel blue/tan 10l daypack from Decathlon. All of those colors are somewhat muted, but still certainly more "fun" than straight black. Only travel piece of gear I have in black is my Bellroy Lite

Daypack recommendations !

Fjällräven Skule 20 is my bag for this kind of stuff. Been with me in many countries, and also with budget airlines under the seat. Seems to check all your requirements. Also some good color choices imo.

To me the clam shell opening seems more like a con than a pro considering it's an under seat bag to be used in a cramped space, and for onebagging specifically I'd definitely prefer a more travel adventure hybrid pack like the Refugio, designed to carry water. Fjallraven Raven 20L mini review

If you fill the bag up completely, you won't get a water bottle in the side pockets. I hate that, and noticed it with multiple Fjällräven bags in the store. Just no reason to not include decent side pockets, this has been figured out, just go ahead and implement it instead of doing whatever this is.
