The 7600X happens to be cheaper than the 7600. It does not need a dual-tower cooler. Regarding the SSD, Gen3/4/5 makes no difference when gaming. Why ATX? This is the cheapest reasonable case with PWM-controlled fans. Performance depends on the actual game and the specific monitor resolution. PCPart
