Hi, this is my first post here so let's get to it. I needed a fairly small form factor gaming pc for playing mainly eSports titles(cs2, apex legends, pubg, fortnite) and some relaxing games(mainly forza horizon 5, palia, stardew valley, minecraft). My targeted resolution is 1080p, medium-high settin

Oh I know it´s a hassle, its not even my first SFF build. But its a super rare limited edition that used to belong to a loved one and I made a promise so it is not negotiable. This actually is a NAS/homelab build first and foremost. Running Proxmox, Home Assistant, TrueNAS, OpenWRT, a few other serv

I would look at the following that switches to a much lower power draw CPU, a newer/better GPU, plus double the RAM for just under £1800. CPU: For gaming, the 7500X3D is a better choice. Now only will it provide slightly better gaming performance than the 13700K on average, it also draws far less po

I would suggest the following changes that get a much smaller case (nearly half the volume at 11L) while keeping performance and a 27" 1440p monitor (though 210hz instead of 240hz). Also improves a few components (motherboard, CPU cooler, PSU). CPU Cooler: The Lian Li case can fit a 240mm radiator a

Thanks for the detailed reply!I actually planned to use it in a Meshroom D, but now that I've read your comment, I'm getting really anxious even before the package arrives. It sounds like the fan curve is going to be super annoying. It’s such a shame that Corsair doesn't make a white version of the S

The case cooler Noctua is from Shopee mall from inter-asia. Its the only certified shopeemall that sells noctua components. The psu I got it as a jackpot from fb marketplace. I sold my corsair sf600 2019 for rm300 and bought the sf750 2024 for rm450 rather than new 700. Still have warranty and every

hey, so what did you end up doing? i'm also considering the lian li sp750, just because the goated corsair sf750 (2024) is twice as expensive here.

Here, i changed it a little, still the same budget, but faster ram, better power supply and better graphics card. Unless you’re a video editor and this is for your job, you don’t need a gen5 ssd. So changed that to a p310, still a good and fast gen4 ssd. PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AM

Need to build a NAS that can also host S3 object store. Want to balance the price, performance and power usage. Will be used as storage for personal files and also randomly accessed for a hobby to read/write ~10-20TBs of data.
Here are the components I picked, please roast and provide feedback:

Your build is pretty good but there are a few problems. I'll list them down below along with my suggested solutions. Problem 1: Your chosen CPU cooler and thermal paste combination isn't the best. My suggested solution to problem 1: You can get a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE which is signif
