Many consumer electronics manufacturers 'will go bankrupt' by the end of 2026 thanks to the RAMpocalypse, Phison CEO reportedly says
Their keyboard dominance definitely lasted into the late 2010s-early 2020s because they got an early lead in the RGB mechanical keyboard space. Damn near everyone I knew had a K70 RGB or K95 RGB. It was only really when the cheap Chinese switches really started getting better than the Cherry MX swit

Never buying a Corsair product again
K70 RGB lux here. About 6 years in, some keys have broken LEDs and keys are double tapping. Changing the polling rate or resetting the keyboard doesn't help. Latest firmware. My Logitech G15 that's 16 years old is still working. Won't buy Corsair again.

Show your OG Corsair keyboard that you're still rocking.
Best I can do since I'm not home and haven't took a pic specifically of the keyboard. Its a Corsair K70 RGB Mechanical. Very premium feelings and quite old.

K70 Plus Key Cap swap
For maximum RGB brightness and clarity on a Corsair K70, you can use pudding style double shot PBT caps. Older K70 models (K70 RGB, K70 LUX, K70 MK.2) use a "non-standard bottom row" (Ctrl is 1.5u, Windows is 1.0u, Alt is 1.25u, and a 6.5u spacebar). Universal aftermarket sets like standard HyperX o

I currently have the K70 RGB Pro and the Strafe RGB Mk.2. Which one should I sell and which one should I keep?
Chartered how? I’ve got the k70 pro rgb in white with the OPX switched and I LOVE it. Over a year and zero problems

Has anyone else run into this?
The K70 RGB PRO is also quite old - i would return that one to best buy, or get a refund due to the scam and just get this one instead: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/keyboards/ch-91e901i-na/vanguard-96-mechanical-gaming-keyboard-corsair-mlx-pulse-ch-91e901i-na Newer, smaller, better switches, case

HELP ME START OUT
Peripherals. Monitors are good for gaming. You probably want one that can do 120 fps or a bit more. You could also just use a TV if you already have one. I use a 32 inch 4ktv, but it only goes up to 60 fps. Not the best in 2025. You don't need 4k, I would recommend a 1440p 120 hz monitor. Keep the b

The Ironclaw is so close to being the perfect mouse it's maddening
I bought a replacement for my four year old Ironclaw and that coating on Ironclaws at the moment is terrible, two months and it was already showing signs of the rubber finish breaking down. I just bought a different brand which sucks because I love Corsair (my K70 RGB Pro with Cherry Red switches is

Nobara Gresh Install
hey! I'm also brand new to nobara. I can't speak to everything you've experienced, but if you used the nvidia iso to install then your graphics stuff should be setup already. be cautious about installing other bits related to it. rather than OpenRGB, have you looked into ckb-next? I have the Corsaid

RIP to a fallen soldier (new keyboard suggestions?)
Still using a K70 RGB MK.2. The volume wheel was shit and went out quick. Replaced in with better keycaps and it’s been pretty decent for years now.
