First New Build in 7 Years – Looking for GPU Advice and Feedback

Hey everyone,

After seven years, I’m finally found time and stability in my life to build a new PC and I’d love to get your thoughts.

Why post here on the Corsair community? That part’s easy, my fiancée and I are both big on clean, cohesive aesthetics, and we’re moving into a new home where I’ll h

WIP

Here is my current 2nd WIP build. I was planning to copy the GGF events build that I saw on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_1C-O8-bNXE, but will do it on a soft-tubing version. I was initially planning to put a 40mm radiator on top. But it looks like it's not compatible with Corsair Domin

Ryzen 7 9800X3D & X870 RAM Issues?

Update:

G.Skill ran without any issues. Granted, I have not tested any further with Corsair since this post was created, so the tons of BIOS firmware updates may have fixed that.

Hi all,

I just built a PC with an ASUS ROG STRIX X870-A GAMING WIFI and Ryzen 9 9800X3D. I've tried three different Co

New Build in Hong Kong

Built a new PC with a 4080 under a year ago and found myself relocating to Hong Kong without the ability or space to take such a huge setup. Naturally, new build time once I arrived. Shopped for the parts at Golden Computer Centre in Sham Shui Po and ended up with this beauty:

Good parts list?

Corsair Dominator RAM is mainly an aesthetic choice - but if you already have it, might as well keep it (for comparison, you can get the same spec RAM - just not as fancy looking - for £125 less). Suggestions below that cut about £300 from your list for the same performance. CPU Cooler: Less expensi

ASUS NEW BIOS Version 2103 stable Version ComboAM5 PI 1.3.0.0a. 2026/03/16 FEEDBACK

I went from AM4 to AM5 a year ago. I have nothing but trouble with this platform regarding orange DRAM lights at the beginning. After a couple of BIOS updates it went away OR I coincidently have set a good setting I don't know! I can build PC's and know the software side but the BIOS remains a myste

Need a sanity check before shop day this weekend. 9800X3D vs 9950X3D, Gen 4 vs Gen 5 SSD, X870 vs X870E, thermal paste.

IDK what your options are, but... RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB DDR5 6000 CL30 If you can get something cheaper, anything that's 6000-6400 MT/s with CL 36 or below is good. You can probably get something equivalent or 99% as good for $100-250 cheaper. Case Fans: Arctic Cooling P12 Pro aRGB Bl

Advice for my ~$2K PC build component choices

The T700 is a large jump in performance, PCIe 5, and has DRAM cache - it's an entirely different league. The 990 Pro and lesser Crucial T500 still beat this SSD:https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/iZ2aSJbjk57sHuAmvyhs6c-1200-80.png.webp 4 companies make all the DDR5 RAM: Samsung Micron Hynix Nanya Oth
