Just getting a prebuilt from microcenter will be a significantly better deal than paying them $250 to build it for you. Their store brand, powerspec, also have pretty much the best deals on prebuilts you'll find. Afaik newegg stopped offering assembly with their custom builder years ago. https://www

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bsrZQy https://www.newegg.com/tools/combo-builder/1740 Cpu comes with a 240mm aio cooler. That model of gpu comes with an anti sag stand. Xg27acms. It has minimal glow when adjusted correctly and good blacks. But unfortunately Asus lacks image enhancement features.
