Suggestions on cameras for high school physics experiments?
I've been a heavy Pivot user since Covid and have found that while most "cheap" webcams, whether external or built into devices, can handle the frame rate, sensor quality is the limiting factor. Those leftover 720p cameras from Covid are not at all what you want. If your school is pulling back on de

Cameras
I use a cheapo to learn all the ways I can break one before buying a high dollar go pro. Its video is 4k but. I bought this it was 30 bucks cheaper earlier this year. And yes you will wipe out because 3bikes bring out the kid in old people. I bought one because I found people will swerve at you for

Shaken by incident…what cameras do you recommend?
Hmm, there's a couple of avenues the police could investigate there. I'd be reporting it with descriptions of people and vehicles. There's bound to be CCTV that can identify the car. However, on the camera front, I've used the Akaso EK7000 pro for a few years now, front and rear mounted. It's done t

Helmet camera recommendations for e-bike safety for 13 yo
I went with a AKASO EK7000 Pro 4K. It's a crystal clear image, small camera, mounts to a helmet or handlebar, and seems reasonably priced to me. You can pull the video files onto your phone with the app. The waterproof mounting is requires assembly, and you will need to buy a micro SD card separatel

What’s the last thing you filmed with your action camera? And which actioncam was it?
2 weeks ago our small concert. 7x Akaso EK7000 Pro and 2x Sony ZV-E10.... those latest gen Akasos are quite okay in low light for additional angles.

Advice: Cheap camera for bike 'dash cam' and reporting
I use two Akaso EK7000 Pro cameras, one front, one rear. 18 months of 3-4 days a week use and still going strong. Had around 15 of 20 ish near misses actioned by Police on Operation Snap, although recently they seem to have dried up. I did hear a rumor that the number of clips submitted was overwhel

Camera for safety
I have two Akaso EK7000 Pros mounted to the bicycle, one for front and one for rear. You can buy them from Amazon for around the £75 mark usually. For being cheap the quality is pretty good, you get 4K 30fps and decent enough image stabilisation and 90-120 mins run time. The best thing is the batter

Good dashcam-style cameras to cycle with?
Cheaper option - AKASO EK7000 pro. Can record in 60fps/1080p. Cost about £70 from amazon. Lasts about an hour of recording time. Easy to charge/switch batteries. Comes with all attachments whether it’s handlebars or helmet etc.

Reasonably priced action cameras and batteries for a canoe trip
It really depends on your expectations. I originally bought an Akaso EK7000 Pro and learned that while the video quality is acceptable, it really does not have the field of view advertised, and the stabilization was not as good as I had hoped. I invested in the Osmo Action 5 Pro (no Action 6 at the
